The LIT Super Sevens Series welcomes 300+ men’s and women’s Elite, Open, and Social teams from across the globe to compete across five events this summer, hosted at some of the UK’s most iconic rugby clubs.

Three levels of competition :
Elite - The very best of teams from around country and further afield.

Open - High level of competition with a mix of teams from clubs and invitational sides.
Social - Those in it for the fun of it!
